    • FS5000

The FS5000 Flow Switch Controller is designed for use in applications that require flow/no-flow control of metering pumps and other devices. It includes a flow switch and three (3) 115V receptacles that are powered with flow and one (1) 115V service receptacle. Power indicator light, flow indicator light and test switch are included.

    • Time Switch

Compact digital time switch is capable of operating two pumps or one pump and one valve for simultaneous operation of feed and bleed. Provides precise timing with the flexibility of daily and/or weekly programming

    Pump Accessories

    • Backpressure / Pressure relief valves

LMI's diaphragm back pressure/anti-syphon valves apply positive discharge pressure to a metering pump system and act to stabilize the output of higher output LMI Metering Pumps when pumping into low or no-pressure systems. Pressure relief valves are designed to protect chemical feed systems from overpressure damage caused by defective equipment or deadheading. Valves are available in 1/4”, 1/2”, and 1” sizes in PP, PVC, PVDF, and 316SS.

    • Calibration column

Installation of a calibration cylinder on the suction side of your LMI pump simplifies calibration. LMI offers Calibration Cylinders in 200 ml, 1000 ml, and 4000 ml sizes to fit most LMI pump capacities. Removable tops and sealed tops are available.

    • Corporation stop

LMI offers a selection of Corporation Stop & Nozzle Assemblies to meet your chemical injection requirements. Available in four sizes consisting of 1" NPT with PP Nozzle, 1" NPT with Carpenter 20 Nozzle, 1" Mueller with PP Nozzle and 3/4" NPT with CPVC Nozzle. The durable brass components in contact with potable water are designed with a 0.10% maximum lead content which meets certain areas requiring “lead free” or “no lead” fixtures

    • Digi pulse monitor

Digi-Pulse™ Flow Monitors solve the age-old question “How do I know if my pump is pumping?” Pulsating flow of your pump can be monitored and transmitted using the LMI Digi-Pulse™ Flow Monitor. Designed to electrically signal a low or no flow condition, you can be assured of your pumping performance; an advantage when working with pulsating or very low flows. A transmitter can be connected to a remote counting or recording device. On LMI control code “9” series metering pumps the Digi-Pulse™ will provide the user with verification of pump performance. If the Digi-Pulse™ Flow Monitor detects output loss, it will shut the pump off and close a switch that may be tied to an alarm. The alarm signal may also be used to trigger a stand-by pump.

    • 4 Function valve

This compact and economical valve performs four important functions for your LMI pump:
      1. Diaphragm type anti-syphon protection
      2. Back pressure
      3. Priming aid/line drain
      4. Pressure Relief
Priming with the 4FV is simple and is achieved by turning of the pressure relief knob (black). A recommended accessory for every LMI electromagnetic pump.

    • Remote programmable flowmeter

LMI's Remote Programmable Flowmeter Pulser (RFP) provides a simple method to feed chemical in proportion to water flow. All that is required is the Flowmeter Pulser and the appropriately sized LMI Pump. The wall mount divider may be installed up to 100 feet from the flow meter for easy user access. No other timers, relays or control valves are required. Flow meters are available from 3/4” to 4” for flow rates from 0.44 to 650 GPM.
